Around 13 labourers and fishermen were rescued when their fishing boat capsized in the Satpati coast in Palghar district early Wednesday. The boat is believed to have developed a technical snag and it turned turtle at around 3am. The labourers held on to pvc drums and sought help through wireless network. The labourers and fishermen have been rescued and they are on their way to the Satpati coast, said district officials.
