A fishing group in the US is suing a European-led wind farm project off the coast of Massachusetts.
The €2.5bn Vineyard Wind 1 project is the largest off shore wind farm in the US and is run by Spanish power group Iberdrola and Danish fund Copenhagen Infrastructure partners who are experienced with the largest off shore wind farms in the UK and Europe.
This week the Responsible Offshore Development Alliance (RODA), a broad membership-based coalition of fishing industry associations and fishing companies, filed a Petition for Review today in the First Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
