The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement describes possible terms for both parties to individual fishing rights in their respective waters. According to the contract, 25% of EU fishing rights have been gradually transferred to British navies in British waters between 2021 and 2026.
Both parties to the agreement agreed to ensure fishing activities related to common reserves in their waters.
